Please complete the form below to register. This form should be completed by the QHSTC member. You will have the ability to add guests on the form. Any required payment for guests will be collected upon arrival. Cards and cash accepted.

Open Play: Members = Free / Guests = $5
Teaching Table: Members = $20 / Guests = $40
